The Jack Frost shrooms are characterized by all white caps that tend to be flat with blueish gills underneath and all white stems. The caps tend to be medium to large and stems are medium thickness. Prior to harvesting these are one of the most beautiful and unique mushrooms we’ve seen. When Jack Frost dries, the bluish gills are harder to observe but the mushrooms will have some blue bruising.
